Horrible

I ordered a twelve pack bag for myself with 2 day shipping and the incompetent fools who run this disgrace of shop have yet to ship it after weeks of waiting and unreturned emails. Do not buy from this website! It is not worth it.

I ordered 2 cases of tennis balls

I ordered. First they don’t take Amex which I find annoying. Then after I order a $200 order I get an email that orders from me need to be paid by wire transfer. Never heard of such a weird request. I called. Told it was settled. One case of balls shipped. The other was back ordered. A week later I get an email that billing zip doesn’t match credit card. I call again as it does. They keep saying this extra security is needed bc my order is so large (it’s only $200). I then say how come billing was fine on first half of order. No good reason. So I then ask where first half is as I’ve been charged for a week. It never shipped. I cancelled order. Only so much shady a person can take.

Best big box tennis retailer out there!

This is truly the best place out there to buy any tennis equipment! They've been incredibly helpful when I have questions and the customer service has been incredible any time I've needed it. Highly recommend for your tennis needs!

Many happy Purchases

I've ordered shoes, rackets and tons of tennis clothes over the years and continue to do so. I've never had a bad experience. They have great deals and sales, also the newest styles are always available

Where Head racquets are made today?

I bought many Head racquets for many years and "before" all made in Austria. Recently, I order couple difference model of Head racquets and I quite disappointment that all made in "China". I don't you about you all but I tried "made n China" racquets and feel so much difference than made m Austria. I returned them all.
Unfortunately, Tennis Warehouse did not disclose where the racquets made now. So, be ware.

The Demo program is a horrible joke

Ordered demo racquets and it took 30 days to get. Thinking it was a fluke, ordered another demo and was told it would be 30 days. Cancelled order. Would not recommend them.

Topspin Tennis LLC

We've been ordering from tennis plaza for years. In the last couple of months the orders have been taking an average of 10 to 14 days for me to receive. My current order was place on the 31st August and as of today the order will be shipped on the 8th. I will no longer order from tennis warehouse. Unacceptable!

Buyer be aware of Tennis Warehouse. What a waste of my precious time...

I’m sure that all of you reading this, do NOT like to waste your time!!
I took a chance and placed an order with TennisWarehouse.com on two identical pairs of shoes. The items were listed as “out of stock” and were displayed as being restocked within 3 weeks. I didn’t mind accepting that inconvenience, due to the fact that the shoes were on sale and competitively priced...
The due date for “restocking” arrived and past... !!
-I “tracked my order” using a link and an annoying sequence of steps including finding and inserting an “order number” (deep in my email inbox). Once on the website you needed to be very careful not to miss the tiny message saying that the item were still “out of stock”
To save your time I will summarize the next extremely time consuming process as much as possible....
I wrote to customer service and ask them if they could see any value in communicating with the customers to reassure them they are not being forgotten...I also asked if they could see this as a situation where some compensation might be in order. After going backwards and forwards via email I continually was prompted to come with a suggestion with “another pair of shoes that were in stock”.
Three separate times I sent them a link (navigating there website again) of a pair of shoes that would be fair as a replacement. Unfortunately each time “only one pair were available in my size. Please come with another suggestion”...or money back etc etc.
Finally I found a pair of shoes, that were a little more expensive. They updated my order and kindly asked me to pay the full amount being the difference between the cost of the first pairs ordered and the new ones.
The process has taken over one week of emailing leading to disappointment and then finally outrage at the lack of empathy and service initiative helping me out of the buying process... WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!!!
I kindly asked them to fully refund me, and that I hoped that they could see some opportunity to develop there practices after reading this on trust pilot... I highly doubt this will reach far enough...
I just hope I have saved you, the reader, some time on chasing your non-materializing Internet purchases....
Don’t bother using Tennis Warehouse!!!
Deeply unsatisfying and disinterested service recovery practices..

What a terrible company!

What a terrible company!
I made a purchase online that included 2 day shipping. Not only did they offer the 2 day shipping but even quoted a delivery date, which, for me, was the last day in my time frame. So they did ship with 2 day air, unfortunately, they waited 3 days to ship it even though they stated it would ship the next day. They did create the shipping label the next day, they just waited 3 days to actually get it to UPS. Further, at the time the label was created, and for days after, UPS quoted the day I needed to have it, but that all changed at the last minute when TW failed to get it out the door.
So, I contacted TW's customer service which was horrible. While they did issue a quick refund, they could have cared less that they didn't deliver what they promised. They were very matter of fact, issued the refund, recalled the shipment, and they were done with me. It was as if they did this all day everyday and just didn't care.
I ended up re-ordering from another company though I did miss out on getting my items on time for Father's Day, very disappointing, but Dad's ok and I'll just know next time to use anyone else.
I put my faith and my money in TW's hands and they, without a care in the world, just blew off doing what they promised.
There are too many good companies out there to do business here.
